新疆工业企业科技创新效率空间测评

Spatial Evaluation of Technological Innovation Efficiency in Industrial Enterprises in Xinjiang

摘要 本文采用多维标度法以可视化的方式,展示新疆工业企业科技创新投入和创新环境的相对位置,并利用空间随机前沿模型测算新疆各地州市工业企业科技创新效率。研究结果表明,各地州市工业企业在科技创新投入、科技创新产出、科技创新环境等方面发展不平衡,科技创新效率存在显著差异,经济发展水平越高,科技创新效率越高;同时科技创新效率呈现梯度分布特征,多数地区工业企业科技创新效率处于一般水平,还有较大上升空间;另外,由于人力资源供给的极端不平衡性,造成服务环境对科技创新效率的提升无显著影响。 In this paper, the multi-dimensional scaling method is adopted to show the relative position of scientific and technological innovation input and innovation environment of Xinjiang industrial enterprises in a visual way, and the spatial stochastic frontier model is used to calculate the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of various industrial enterprises. The results show that the development of industrial enterprises in Xinjiang is unbalanced in science and technology input, output of science and technology, and science and technology environment. There are significant differences in the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. The higher the level of economic development, the higher the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation. At the same time, the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises presents a gradient distribution feature, and the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in most regions is at a general level, with great room for improvement. In addition, due to the extreme imbalance of human resources, the service environment has no significant impact on the improvement of scientific and technological innovation.
