心脑血管疾病患者预后中凝血功能检验的实施价值意见

Opinions on the implementation value of coagulation function test in the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases

目的研究心脑血管疾病患者预后中凝血功能检验的临床作用。方法选取漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院2017年4月至2018年4月期间所收治的心脑血管疾病患者80例,患者入院后对其凝血功能各项指标进行检查,检查结果相比正常值高或者过低分为研究组(n=40),反之则分为对照组(n=40),对比2组患者各项指标检查结果和临床病情变化情况。结果对比2组患者临床病情变化情况,研究组患者总发生率50.0%明显高于参照组患者总发生率25.0%,组间对比存在统计学意义(P<0.05),2组患者出血48 h后凝血功能指标变化情况,活化部分凝血活酶原时间(APTT)以及血浆凝血酶原时间(PT)对比差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05),出血96 h后凝血功能指标变化情况,研究组与参照组患者PT对比差异性有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对心脑血管疾病患者预后判断中对其凝血功能进行检验,对患者预后具有重要作用,如果患者临床凝血功能各项指标发生变化,则表明患者预后效果相对较差。

Objective To study the clinical effect of coagulation function test in the prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Luohe medical college in the third affiliated hospital during April 2017 to April 2018, 80 patients with disease of heart head blood-vessel treated by coagulation function after admission in patients with the indicators to inspect, test results compared with normal high or too low are divided into research group（n = 40）, divided into the control group（n=40） conversely, compared two groups patients each index test results and clinical condition changes. Results The clinical contrast 2 groups of patients condition change, the team the total incidence of 50.0% in patients with total incidence of 25.0%, significantly higher than control group patients exist comparing statistical significance between groups（P〈0.05）, 2 groups of patients with hemorrhage after 48 hours blood coagulation function indicators, the changes of activated clotting enzyme live the original time and plasma prothrombin time compared significant difference（P〈0.05）, bleeding after 96 hours blood coagulation function indicators, the changes of group and control group patients plasma prothrombin time compared significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The prognosis of patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in judgment to test the blood coagulation function, plays an important role in the prognosis of patients, the clinical blood coagulation function in patients with if change the indicators, the prognosis of patients with indicates effect is relatively poor.
