摘要 近几十年来,3D打印技术的发展在心血管疾病的诊疗方面提供了新方法、新思路、新技术,尤其在主动脉夹层中的诊疗方面;3D打印技术具有个性化、针对性和远程性的特点,这也是精准医疗的具体表现形式之一。本文旨在对Stanford B型主动脉夹层的治疗现状、3D打印技术在Stanford B型主动脉夹层诊疗中的应用及与精准医疗的关系以及在医学生和初级医师培养中的作用进行综述。 In recent decades, the development of 3 D printing technology has provided new methods, new ideas, and new technologies in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, especially in the diagnosis and treatment of aortic dissection; 3 D printing technology has been personalized, targeted, and remote. Characteristics, this is one of the specific manifestations of precision medicine. This article aims to review the current status of Stanford B aortic dissection treatment, the application of 3 D printing technology in the diagnosis and treatment of Stanford B aortic dissection, and its relationship with precision medicine, and its role in the cultivation of medical students and junior physicians.
