摘要 近年来,随着我国旅游业的快速发展,中国饮食文化作为旅游资源的组成部分也得到了迅速发展和广泛推广。湘菜旅游资源以湖南特定的自然环境和社会环境为依托,融合了湖南历史文化,具有浓郁的地方特色和鲜明的民族情调,风味独特,菜肴平民化且被广泛推广,提出应发挥旅游资源优势,整合当地旅游资源,开发"美食一日游"线路,打造美食旅游精品来开发湘菜旅游资源。 With the rapid development of China's tourism,Chinese food culture as a component of tourism resources has also been rapid development and extensive promotion. China's food culture has a long history. From ancient times,many literati and emperors and emperors have formed an indissoluble bond with their diet. Hunan diet culture is based on the specific natural and social environment of Hunan,and is with the development of Hunan's history and culture. It has strong local characteristics and distinctive national sentiment. Based on the characteristics of Hunan's catering culture,this article will provide new ideas for the development of Hunan's tourism industry.
