摘要
通过分析高校管理专业人才的企业家精神培育内涵,阐述管理专业大学生企业家精神培育的必要性,构建了基于企业家精神的高校管理专业人才协同培养体系,并从满足各方主体利益诉求的驱动力、以学生为中心的培养过程、互为支撑的培养效果三方面进一步探讨了普通高校管理专业人才协同培养模式的内在机理。
Through the research on the connotation of entrepreneurship cultivation of management professionals in Colleges and universities,this paper analyzes the necessity of entrepreneurship cultivation of management professionals,and constructs a collaborative cultivation system of management professionals in Colleges and Universities Based on entrepreneurship. Finally,it discusses intrinsic mechanism of the Co-cultivation system.
