摘要 原发性肝癌是肝脏最常见的恶性肿瘤,其中肝细胞性肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC,以下简称肝癌)约占原发性肝癌的90%,其发病率在实体瘤中处第五位,是第三位的致死性恶性肿瘤。近年来,我国HCC发病率呈逐年上升趋势,严重威胁人民的健康。因HCC患者早期常无临床症状,就诊时病情往往已经进展到中晚期。对于早期HCC患者,手术治疗效果确切.
