新源公司“两型两化”建设探析

Reserch for “TWO-TYPE & TWO-CHANGE” Construction of STATE GRID XINYUAN company LTD.

在国家力主经济转型升级,部署推进工业4.0及国家电网公司智能电网建设深入推进的大背景下,新源公司于2017年工作会议上提出了"两型两化"(数字化智能型电站、信息化智慧型企业)建设方向。本文从国际上数字化电站概念的提出入手,解析国内数字化电站与信息化企业建设历程,剖析数字化与信息化,智能电站与智慧企业的关系。本文在分析新源系统数字化与信息化现状基础上,指出强化数字化电站与信息化企业建设的现实路线图,提出当前及未来一段时期最终建成智慧企业的理念思考与实现途径。

In the backgroud of national efforts in economic transformation and upgrading, deployment and promotion of industry 4.0 and in-depth promotion of smart grid construction by STATE GRID Corporation of China, STATE GRID XINYUAN company LTD. proposed the developing direction of＂ two-type twochange＂（ digital smart power station and information-based wisdom enterprise） at the 2017 annual conference. This paper starts with the concept of digital power station putted in world, analyzes the construction process of domestic digital power station and information enterprise. This paper analyzes the relationship between digitalization and informationization, smart power station and wisdom enterprise.Based on the analysis of the current situation of digitization and informatization of STATE GRID XINYUAN group, this paper points out the realistic road map of strengthening construction of digitization power station and informatization enterprise. This paper also puts forward the thinking and realization approach of eventually building wisdom enterprise in current and future.
