混流式机组转轮中心调整方法的创新

摘要 转轮中心调整是水电站机组大修过程中一项非常关键的工作,对安装精度要求很高,必须认真检验、反复校核,确保每道工序安装无误。文中介绍了传统方法调整转轮中心的步骤、调整过程中遇到的技术问题以及解决问题的方法,并提出了一种便于转轮调至中心位置的方法,为今后类似工作提供价值参考。 The adjustment of the runner center is a very important work in the process of the large repair of the hydropower station. It is very demanding for the installation precision. It must be carefully checked and checked repeatedly to ensure the installation of each process is unmistakable. In this paper, the traditional method to adjust the runner center, the technical problems encountered in the process of adjustment and the method of solving the problem are introduced, and a method to facilitate the transfer of the runner to the center position is proposed, which provides a valuable reference for the similar work in the future.
