区域性科技金融的运行机制与金融服务创新探讨

Research on Operation Mechanism and Financial Service Innovation of Regional Sci-tech Finance

科技创新和金融深度融合对提高科技发展水平、提升金融资本杠杆效应和资本效率,实现地方经济可持续发展具有重要的推动作用。借鉴科技与金融结合的模式,分析了科技金融对区域发展的经济效应,并从科技金融参与主体、科技企业生命周期、企业产业集群等角度分析了区域性科技金融运行机制,并在此基础上对地区科技金融服务创新发展提出了若干建议。

The deep integration of scientific and technological innovation and finance plays an important role in improving the level of scientific and technological development,enhancing the leverage effect of financial capital and capital efficiency,and realizing the sustainable development of local economy. On the basis of literature analysis of existing technology and financial integration model,the paper analyzes the economic effects of sci-tech finance on regional development,and discusses the regional sci-tech financial operation mechanism from the perspectives of science and technology finance participants,technology enterprise life cycle,and enterprise industry clusters. On this basis of discussion,the article puts forward some suggestions on the innovation and development of regional sci-tech financial services.
