“环境-经济”视角下生态产品供给机制研究

Research on Ecological Product Supply Mechanism from the Perspective of “Environment-economy” Model

在分析人类活动对生态产品供给影响机理的基础上,指出了人类活动对生态产品供给的影响。消极影响主要体现在生产环节、消费环节的负外部性和人类对自然资源的过度消耗这三方面,积极影响则主要表现为人类主动开展的各种生态建设活动。人类通过各种途径减少对生态系统产生消极影响,同时强化对生态系统的积极影响,使得原本属于自然产物的生态产品具有"人工"的成分,从这一层面上来讲,人类活动间接供给部分生态产品。

Based on the analysis of the mechanism of human activities on the supply of ecological products,this paper points out four aspects of human indirect impacts on the supply of ecological products. Its negative impacts are reflected in the negative externalities of production and consumption,and the excessive consumption of human resources,while its positive impacts are the various ecological construction activities initiated by humans. Through a variety of ways to reduce the negative impact on the ecosystem,and strengthen a positive impact on ecosystems,humans make originally ecological products have＂artificial＂ingredients. From this perspective,human activities can also indirectly supply some ecological products.
