高校是意识形态工作的前沿阵地,高校思想道德修养与法律基础课程的设置旨在提高学生的道德素质,强化学生的法律观念与法律意识,从世界观、价值观等角度培养学生良好的思想品质与行为习惯。习近平理论是统一社会思想认知、把握时代发展动态、开创社会主义事业新局面的重要理论武器,以习近平理论作为切入点,探讨习近平理论融入高校思想道德修养与法律教育中的教学方法与教学内容,对提高高校思想道德修养与法律基础课程的教学成效具有重要意义。

Colleges and universities are the forward positions of ideological work. The curriculum about the college＇s ideological and moral cultivation,and legal basics is designed to improve students＇ moral quality,strengthen their legal concepts and legal awareness,and cultivate students＇ good ideological qualities and behavioral habits from the abstract perspectives of world outlook and values. Xi Jinping＇s theory is an important foundation for unifying social ideological cognition,grasping the development of the times,and creating a new situation in the cause of socialism. This article uses Xi Jinping＇s theory as an entry point to explore the teaching methods and teaching contents in which Xi Jinping＇s theory is integrated into ideological and moral cultivation and legal education in colleges and universities. It is of great significance to improve the effectiveness of the teaching of ideological and moral cultivation,and basic legal courses in colleges and universities.
