摘要
本文分析研究了沪市公司股权激励实践取得的成效及存在的问题,就进一步支持上市公司做好正向激励、抑制不当利益输送提出了相关政策建议。
The author analyzes the results and problems of equity incentive of listing companies in Shanghai Stock Exchange. To further support positive incentive and restrain improper transmission of benefits, the author provides some relevant suggestion.
