2018版中国《肺血栓栓塞症诊治与预防指南》解读之六:静脉血栓栓塞症预防策略

Interpretation of the guidelines on the diagnosis, management and prevention of pulmonary thromboembolism: preventionstrategies for venous thromboembolism

静脉血栓栓塞症(VTE)包括深静脉血栓形成(DVT)和肺血栓栓塞症(PTE),是住院患者的常见并发症,也是造成住院患者医疗费用增加、住院时间延长的主要原因,已成为医院管理者和临床医务人员面临的严峻问题。2018版中国《肺血栓栓塞症诊治与预防指南》强调院内VTE预防的重要性,在对患者进行血栓风险、出血风险评估的基础上,结合既往循证医学证据、中国国情及相关临床实践,针对VTE的科学预防提出专家推荐意见。推荐意见为临床上VTE的预防提供了更多依据和指导,以期减少住院相关VTE事件的发生,为患者创造一个更加安全的医疗环境。

Venous thromboembolism （VTE）, which comprises deep venous thromboembolism （DVT） and pulmonary thromboembolism （PTE）, is a common complication for hospitalized patients and one of main reasons for increasing medical expenses and prolonged hospitalization. Also, VTE has become a severe challenge for hospital administrators and clinical medical staff.The Guidelines on the Diagnosis, Management and Prevention of Pulmonary Thromboembolism （2018） has been published recentl）5 emphasizing the importance of VTE prophylaxis. Based on assessment of thrombosis and bleeding risk that hospitalized patients suffer, and taking previous medical evidence and Chinas actual clinical practice into account, expert recommendations on VTE prevention have been proposed. These recommendations provide professional treatment evidence and guidance for prevention of VTE in hospitals and clinics, in order to reduce the occurrence of hospitalassociated VTE events and relevant mortality and disease burden, and create a safer medical environment for patients.
