孝义市农村集体产权制度改革工作经验做法

Experience and Practice in the Reform of Rural Collective Property Right System

2017年,孝义市被确立为山西省农村集体产权制度改革试点县之一,确立为试点以来,孝义市把集体产权制度改革作为推动乡村振兴的重要抓手,在先行推进4个试点乡镇、15个试点村的基础上,全面铺开17个乡镇(街道)379个行政村的改革工作。截至目前,改革工作已接近尾声,全市基本完成清产核资、成员身份界定、股份合作制改革工作。

Xiaoyi City was established as one of the pilot counties for the reform of rural collective property rights system in Shanxi Province. Since its establishment as a pilot project, it has taken the reform of collective property rights system as an important grasp to promote rural revitalization, and insisted on taking Xi Jinping＇s ＂three rural＂ work thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era as a guide to firmly grasp the reform and justice. On the basis of advancing 4 pilot towns and 15 pilot villages in advance, the reform of 379 administrative villages in 17 townships （streets） will be carried out in an all-round way. Up to now, the reform work is approaching the end, and the city has basically completed the work of assets verification, membership definition, joint-stock cooperation system reform.
