摘要
以轻便型清扫车辅助清扫机构为载体,采用AT89C52单片机作为核心控制芯片,利用超声波测距原理,设计一种清扫车辅助清扫机构的控制系统。该控制系统结构简单、易操作、实时稳定性好、距离误差小,能够自动避让障碍物,保护辅助扫刷。同时,提高轻便型清扫车的清扫效率及自动化程度。
Taking the auxiliary cleaning mechanism of the portable sweeper as the carrier, using AT89C52 single chip microcomputer as the core control chip, and using the principle of ultrasonic ranging, a control system of the auxiliary cleaning mechanism of the sweeper is designed. The control system has the advantages of simple structure, easy operation, good real-time stability and small distance error. It can avoid obstacles automatically and protect auxiliary sweeping. At the same time, the cleaning efficiency and automation level of the portable sweeper can be improved.
