摘要
通过阐述纯电动汽车组合仪表的发展,应用Lab VIEW平台研究汽车组合仪表虚拟设计。先分析纯电动汽车组合仪表各个显示原理,利用Lab VIEW的面板简单直观的特点设计组合仪表的前面板,仿真界面与程序框图,在表头(指针显示)、报警(指示灯显示)、车辆信息三个部分完成汽车组合仪表功能设计。该设计基于Lab VIEW的汽车数字仪表仿真平台智能化程度更高,具有灵活、形象逼真,速度快,效率高的优点,利于纯电动汽车仪表的虚拟仪器设计和仿真的应用与发展。
By explaining the development of pure electric vehicle combined instrument, the virtual design of automobile combined instrument is studied with LabVIEW platform. Firstly, the display principle of pure electric vehicle combined instrument is analyzed, and the front panel of the combined instrument is designed by using the simple and intuitive features of LabVIEW panel. The simulation interface and program block diagram are used to complete the function design of the combined instrument in the head (pointer display), alarm (indicator light display) and vehicle information. The design based on LabVIEW automotive digital instrument simulation platform has the advantages of higher intelligence, flexibility, vivid image, fast speed and high efficiency, which is conducive to the application and development of virtual instrument design and simulation of pure electric vehicle instruments.
