高校图书馆资源开放共享与版权保护机制研究

互联网+"环境下,为高校图书馆资源开放共享提供条件,但资源开放与版权保护息息相关。首先对高校图书馆的资源开放共享和版权保护的概念及其之间的关系进行简单阐述,分析新时期我国高校图书馆资源版权保护带来的挑战,提出具体的版权保护措施,包括完善著作权集中管理的中介机制、完善版权所有者的利益赔偿机制、完善版权保护体系下的创新机制和完善网络信息环境下的共享机制,以期为我国高校图书馆信息资源开放共享提供全面的版权保护机制。

Internet plus＂environment,provides the conditions for the resource sharing of university library resources,but the opening is closely linked with the copyright protection.Firstly this paper analyzes the concept of university library resource sharing and copyright protection and the relationship between the simple elaboration,and the copyright protection of resources of University Libraries in China the challenge of the new period.Then it puts forward the concrete measures of copyright protection,including perfecting Copyright Intermediary Mechanism,perfecting the management of centralized compensation mechanism,the interests of the copyright owner perfect the mechanism of power system protection and perfect the sharing mechanism under the network environment,in order to share information resources for the opening of China＇s University Library to provide comprehensive copyright protection mechanism.
