家畜基因组选择信号研究进展
摘要
通过对家畜基因组选择信号的鉴别,可以了解以前定位的数量性状座位(QTL)是否存在导致性状的因果基因,鉴别在不同群体中相同性状是否存在不同的遗传基础和基因网络,有助于了解家畜在不同环境下的风土适应。
