摘要 服务要素获取、服务要素嵌入与吸收、服务创新构成了推动装备制造业服务化持续演进的基本循环,以此为基础构建了基于服务化的装备制造业价值链整合过程模型,围绕整合过程中价值增值能力的影响因素提出理论假设,运用Matlab进行仿真分析。结果表明,整合过程中产业连接密度、服务要素嵌入方式、知识吸收能力对装备制造业价值增值能力存在显著影响。产业连接密度增加对价值增值能力提升存在促进作用,且在初期时显著,随后减弱;投入端和产出端服务要素嵌入均能影响价值增值能力,但二者作用效果不同;知识吸收能力提高能够促进服务创新的发生,进而提高装备制造业价值增值能力。 The acquisition, embedding and absorption of service elements and service innovation constitute the basic cycle for promoting the continuous evolution of Manufacturing Industry Servitization. Based on this, a value chain integration process model was established. It proposed the theoretical hypothesis based on the influencing factors of the value-added ability in the integration process, and used Matlab to carry on the simulation analysis. The results show that the industry connection density, service element embedding method, and knowledge absorption ability have a significant influence on the value-added ability. First, the increase of the industry connection density promotes the enhancement of value-added capabilities, which was significant at the initial stage, and then weakened. Second, both input-side and output-side service elements can affect the value-added capabilities, but their effects are different. Third, the improvement of knowledge absorptive capacity can promote the occurrence of service innovation and further increase the value-added capabilities of equipment manufacturing industry.
