莪术药理作用的研究新进展

New research progress on pharmacological effects of Curcumae Rhizoma

莪术是传统中药,广泛分布于我国各地,在民间有广泛使用,其化学成分主要为挥发油和姜黄素类、多糖类、甾醇类、酚酸类、生物碱类等,现代药理学研究表明,莪术具有抗肿瘤、抗血小板聚集、抗血栓、调血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗组织纤维化、抗炎镇痛、抗菌抗病毒、降血糖、抗氧化等多种药理学作用。本文对近年来莪术药理学作用的研究新进展进行综述,以期为莪术的进一步研究开发和应用提供参考。

Curcurnae Rhizorna is a traditional Chinese medicine. It is widely distributed throughout our country and widely used in fllk. Its chemical composition mainly is volatile oils and curcuminoid, polysaccharides, sterols, phenolic acids,alkaloids and so on.Modem phannacological studies have shown that it has anti-tumor,anti-platelet aggregation, antithrombus, regulating blood lipid, antiatherogenic, anti-tissue fibrosis, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, anti-bacteria, antiviral, hypoglycemic, anti-oxidant and other phannacological effects. This paper review summarizes the new research progress on phannacological effects Curcumae Rhizoma in recent years, in order to provide reterence for the further research progress and development of Curcumae Rhizoma.
