摘要
为提高磨削机床伺服控制系统的平稳性能和响应速度,创建了磨削机床的交流伺服电机系统的控制模型和模糊PID控制模型,并对建立的模糊PID控制模型进行Simulink仿真。将三种控制方法应用在同一个磨削机床的伺服控制系统中,通过对比,得出模糊PID控制可实现对磨削机床的控制系统的优化控制,使得磨削机床的控制系统的响应速度更快,且几乎没有超调量,能够满足磨削机床的运动要求。
To improve the stability and response speed of machine servo control system, servo motor sys- tem and Fuzzy-HD control model are built in this paper, Simulink simulation is also used on Fuzzy-HD model. Three control method are applied in the same grinding machine servo control system, by comparison, Fuzzy-HD control can realize grinding machine' s optimal control, it improves the response velocity and nearly no overshoot exist, thus it can meet the motion requirements of grinding machine.
