摘要 文章采用磁力驱动器实时控制激光束中轴与辅助气体喷嘴中轴相对位置,通过实验分析了驱动器轨迹跟踪特性。结果表明,在进行轨迹跟踪实验时,其中一个方向周期性的出现不平滑点。因此设计了无磁环的轨迹跟踪对照组实验,对照组实验结果表明,无磁环时,轨迹跟踪特性较好,但电流在峰值处会出现尖点。通过两组对比实验,分析了轨迹跟踪特性周期性出现不平滑点的原因是由于均布在同一圆上的3组永磁体安装不严格对称引起的。 In this paper, the magnetic actuator is used to control the relative position of the central axis of the laser beam and the auxiliary gas nozzle in real time. The tracking characteristic of the actuator is ana- lyzed through experiments. The results show that during the trajectory tracking experiment, one of the di- rections periodically appears an uneven point. Therefore, a control experiment of trajectory tracking with- out magnetic ring was designed. The experimental results of the control group show that trajectory tracking characteristics are better when there is no magnetic ring, but the current will have sharp peaks at the peak. By comparing two groups of experiments, it is analyzed that the periodic nonuniform tracking of the track- ing characteristics is due to the unsymmetrical installation of the three permanent magnets uniformly distributed on the same circle.
