摘要 为满足客户对产品的绿色设计与模块要求,从客户需求的角度建立产品绿色模块划分模型。文章提出基于客户需求的产品绿色模块划分方法,获取产品绿色需求后采用李克特量表法进行参数处理,利用因子分析得到产品绿色需求重要度。通过综合考虑产品零部件之间的基本属性和绿色属性,建立了产品的综合矩阵,以模块度为适应度函数,运用遗传算法计算出产品最佳的绿色模块划分结果,实现了产品绿色模块聚类划分。最后以冰箱为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。 To meet the customerg green design and module requirements for the product, the green module partition model is established from the perspective of the customer's demands. The paper proposes the re- search on product green module partition based on customer demands, the parameters of Likert scale are used for parameter processing after obtaining the green demand of the product. The importance degree of product green demands are obtained by factor analysis. By comprehensively considering the basic attributes and the green attributes between product components, a comprehensive matrix of products is established, and taking the module degree as the fitness function. The best module division result of the product is cal- culated by genetic algorithm to achieve the product green module clustering. Finally, a refrigerator is used to verify the effectiveness of the method.
