摘要
针对现有的监控系统不能实现多方位、大范围、无死角监控的问题,本文设计了具有多自由度的新型转台。该转台具有3个自由度,其水平旋转部分能带动工作单元实现±180°旋转,其竖直摆动部分能带动工作单元实现±30°的仰俯摆动,其水平移动部分能带动工作单元沿导轨水平往复运动。同时,对转台的传动装置进行优化,对水平移动平台及导轨等主要承载部件进行有限元分析。分析结果表明,水平移动平台及导轨均发生一定的变形,但其变形量不影响转台的整体性能;安全性分析表明,转台在最大载荷下,符合工作要求。该设计为研究转台的性能优化提供了理论依据。
Aiming at the status existing in monitoring system which can not achieve the multi-directional, large-scale, no dead angle monitoring, a new turntable with multiple degrees of freedom is designed. The turntable has three degrees of freedom. The horizontal rotation of the turntable can drive the unit to achieve ±360° rotation, its vertical swing part can drive the work unit to achieve ±30° pitch and swing, and the horizontal movement part can drive the work unit to move along the guide. The transmission device of the turntable was optimized and the main bearing parts of the turntable——Horizontal mobile platform and rail were analyzed with finite element method. Through the finite element analysis of the platform and the guide rail, both of them have some deformation, but the deformation does not affect the overall performance of the turntable. The safety analysis shows that the turntable meets the job requirements when the turntable is under the maximum load. This study provides a theoretical basis for studying the performance optimization of turntables.
