摘要
为了分析转套式配流系统内部流场动能损失及耗散情况,本文以配流系统全流场为研究对象,基于湍动能求解雷诺应力,采用专业流体软件Fluent模拟其流体域内部湍动能分布、流速分布和流量脉动情况,并详细分析了三者之间的关系及湍动能分布对流速与流量脉动的影响。分析结果表明,湍动能大小分布与流速大小分布特性基本吻合;流场内部动能损失较大,流动不稳定点出现在进、排流质转换瞬间,且在转换瞬间出现较大流量倒灌现象。该研究具有重要理论意义和工程应用价值。
In order to analyze accurately the kinetic energy loss and dissipation in inner flow field, we simulated turbulence kinetic energy、x-velocity and flow pulsation using professional fluid software Fluent based on Reynolds stress solving by the turbulent kinetic energyin the fullfluid ofrotating-sleeve distributing-flow system. Additionally, the relationship betweenturbulence kinetic energy、x-velocity and flow pulsation is analyzed specifically. And we obtained the influence of Turbulent Kinetic Energy Distribution on flow rate and flow fluctuation. The results show that the distribution of turbulent kinetic energy is basically consistent with the distribution of velocity, therehappened largest loss of kinetic energy in inner fluid, the flow instability point and flow backward appeared in inlet-outlet conversion moment. The research has important theoretical significance and engineering application value.
