摘要 通过对聚羧酸高性能减水剂和缓凝剂不同掺量下对装配式建筑专用灌浆料流动性能的影响研究,配制出装配式建筑专用灌浆料。其结果表明:聚羧酸高性能减水剂最佳掺量为0. 25%,葡萄糖酸钠和硼砂的掺量分别为0. 04%和0. 2%时灌浆料流动度最大,加入适量引气剂、消泡剂和保水增稠组分配制的装配式建筑专用灌浆料性能均高于标准要求。 According to the research on the influence of polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer and retarders with various mixing volumes on the flowing performance of the professional grouting material of prefabricated buildings, the paper makes the professional grouting material for the prefabricated buildings, proves by the result that the optimal mixing volume of the polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducer is 0.25%, the flowing performance of the grouting material can be maximal when the respective mixing volumes of the sodium gluconate and sodium borate are 0.04% and 0.2%, the performance of the professional grouting of prefabricated buildings of the proper introduction of air entraining agent, defoamer, and thickening group can be higher than the standard requirements.
