对排水管的制管工艺问题进行了分析,从制管原理和优缺点两个方面对芯模振动制管工艺和径向挤压制管工艺特点进行了论述,并对比分析了两种制管技术的工艺技术、经济指标和裂缝原因,以期为后续类似工程提供一定的借鉴。

This paper analyses the pipe-making technology of drainage pipe, discusses the characteristics of core-mould vibration pipe-making technology and radial extrusion pipe-making technology from two aspects of pipe-making principle and merits and demerits, and compares and analyses the process technology, economic index and crack reasons of the two pipe-making technologies, with a view to providing some reference for similar projects in the future.
