摘要
面对房地产"高周转"的开发要求,招标如何才能又快又满足成本控制要求,在集团集约化的前提下,借助合约规划的手段,进行施工框架标采购,以量换价,实现招标时间缩短,并且得到较好的成本控制,以实现快开目的。
Facing the development requirement of “high turnover”of real estate, how can the bidding quickly meet the cost control requirement. On the premise of intensive group, the construction frame bidding procurement can be carried out to reduce the bidding time and get better cost control by means of contract planning, so as to realize the goal of quick opening.
