通过对我国建筑工程招投标近40年发展历程的梳理,以历史为借鉴,以现状为基础,总结经验,从制度规范、管理体系、市场行为等方面,分析了我国建筑工程招投标未来的发展趋势及相关策略,以促进社会资源的良性配置,推动我国建筑市场繁荣和国民经济健康发展。

Through the combing of the development course of our construction engineering bidding in the past 40 years, taking the history as a reference, based on the status, this paper summarized the experience, from the system norm, management system, market behavior and other aspects, analyzed the future development trend and its related strategies of our construction engineering bidding, to promote the benign allocation of social resources, promoted the prosperity of our construction market and the healthy development of national economy.
