在分析当下建筑工程造价预结算审核工作中存在问题的基础上,从做好建筑工程量清单的审核工作、做好合同协议与招标文件的审核工作、做好材料的审核工作、做好人工与机械设备费用的审核工作等方面阐述了工程造价预结算审核工作的要点,以提高审核工作效率。

Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the current pre-settlement audit of construction cost, this paper does a good job in the audit of the bill of quantities of construction engineering and the audit of contract agreement and bidding documents. In this paper, the main points of engineering cost pre-settlement audit are expounded from the aspects of material audit and manual and mechanical equipment cost audit, to improve the audit work efficiency.
