摘要
施工现场针对违章作业的安全管理,一般会采用批评教育、曝光、处罚等措施,虽有一定的效果,但容易使工人产生消极的工作情绪。探讨采取正向激励机制,弘扬工人遵循安全操作规程作业的做法,以表扬、奖励等方式为主,调动工人的主观能动性,使工人获得荣誉感,发挥榜样的力量,把要我安全,转化为我要安全,借以达到全面提高工人安全素质的目的。
The safety management of the construction site for illegal operations generally adopts measures such as criticism education, exposure, and punishment. Although it has certain results, it is easy for workers to have negative working emotions. This article discusses the use of positive incentive mechanisms to promote the practice of workers following safe operating procedures, and to use praise and rewards as the main methods to mobilize worker’s subjective initiative, so that artificial people can gain a sense of honor, give play to the power of role models, and make me safe. I want to be safe in order to achieve the goal of improving the safety quality of workers in a comprehensive way.
