This paper first expounds the transformation of Dalian Wanda commercial realestate in the “turnkey mode of general package” and puts forward the specific problems of the traditional “EPC” turnkey mode. The characteristics and practices of Wanda BIM’s total distribution management mode are described in detail. It also summarizes the optimization of Wanda BIM’s total distribution mode in traditional management mode projects.
