基于workbench的质子放疗装备支撑装置结构设计

摘要 为了减少支撑装置与旋转机架滚轮接触区域的接触变形,该文主要从旋转机架滚轮的筋板布局以及与支撑装置托轮的接触宽度两个方面,利用workbench对接触变形进行了有限元分析。结果表明,对该文对应的质子治疗装备而言,当筋板靠近对称位置,旋转机架滚轮与支撑装置托轮的接触宽度为200 mm时,接触变形相对较小,结构更加合理。该文为质子放疗装备支撑装置的设计提供了一定的理论依据。 To reduce contact deformation between the supporting device and the contact area of the rotating gantry rollers, this paper mainly uses the workbench to perform finite element analysis on the contact deformation from two aspects of the layout of the ribs of the rotating gantry roller and the contact width with the supporting roller of the supporting device. The results show that for the proton therapy equipment corresponding to this article, the contact deformstion is relatively small and the structure is more reasonable when the ribs are close to the symmetrieal position and the contact width between the rotating gantry roller and the supporting roller of the supporting device is 200 mm. This article provides theoretical basis for the design of the proton radiotherapy equipment supporting device.
