活血化瘀中药联合疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭疗效及对患者肾功能、电解质的影响

Curative effect of combination therapy of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis on chronic renal failure and its effects on the patients' renal function and electrdyte

目的研究活血化瘀中药联合疗法治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法选取CRF患者82例,随机分为对照组和观察组各41例。对照组患者接受常规西医治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予活血化瘀中药联合疗法治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况,同时比较治疗前后的肾功能指标和电解质水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);治疗后,观察组血清内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)和Hb水平明显高于对照组(P均<0. 05),血清SCr和BUN水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05),K、Cl及P水平均明显低于对照组(P均<0. 05),Ca水平明显高于对照组(P <0. 05),2组不良反应发生情况比较未见明显差异(P> 0. 05)。结论活血化瘀中药联合疗法可明显提高CRF疗效,改善患者肾功能,纠正机体水电解质紊乱,治疗安全性较高,值得临床推广。

Objective It is to study the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis on chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods Eighty-two patients with CRF were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 41 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine. On this basis, the patients in the observation group were given combined therapy with Chinese herbs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The total effective rate of the treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups, and the renal function indicators and electrolyte levels before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. After treatment, levels of Ccr and Hb in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, serum levels of SCr and BUN were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, levels of K, Cl and P were significantly lower than those in the control group （ P 〈0.05）, and that of Ca was significantly higher than that in the control group （ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination therapy of activating blood and removing blood stasis can significantly improve the curative effect of CRF, improve the renal function of patients, correct the water and electrolyte imbalance of the body, and the safety of treatment is high, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
