宁夏地区口腔医院根管再治疗的原因及疗效分析

A clinical study of the causes and the effect of root canals and the effect retreatment Ning Xia provincial oral hospital

目的:观察分析根管再治疗的原因及疗效。方法:随机选取在我院牙体牙髓病科行根管再治疗的患者200例共230个患牙,分析根管再治疗的原因,并观察根管再治疗术后2年的疗效。结果:根管再治疗的主要原因为遗漏根管(45. 20%)及根管预备不规范(14. 78%),其次为C型根管(13. 04%),侧穿、底穿(5. 65%),充填不完善(4. 79%),冠渗漏(3. 91%),器械分离(3. 05%);根管再治疗2年后成功率为72%。结论:宁夏地区根管再治疗原因多样,其中根管遗漏是主要原因。

AIM ： To study the causes and the effects of root canal retreatment. METHODS： 230 teeth in 200 patients in Ning Xia area underwent root canal retreatment, the reasons were analyzed, and the patients were followed up for 2 yeas ofter root canal retreatment. RESULTS： The missed root canals （45.20%） and poor root canal pathway（14.78%） in the previous treatment were the main reasons of the root canal retreatment. 13.04% was accounted by C-type root canal; 5.65% was identified as root canal perforation and perforation of pulp floor; 4.79% root canals were less perfect filling; coronal microleakage and instruments separation of root canl accounted for 3.91% and 3.05% respectively. The achievement ratio of root canal retreatment was 72% for the included teeth. CONCLUSION： Some reasons, missed root is the main, may lead to canal retreatment in Ning Xia area.
