曲安奈德注射液穴位注射治疗手部慢性湿疹42例

Effect of Acupoint Injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection in Treatment of 42 Cases of Hand Chronic Eczema

目的研究曲安奈德注射液穴位注射治疗手部慢性湿疹疗效及安全性,并探讨其作用机制。方法手部慢性湿疹患者80例,随机分为2组,治疗组42例给予曲安奈德注射液合谷穴位注射;对照组38例给予曲安奈德注射液局部皮损内注射。两组均每周治疗1次,3次为1个疗程,3周后观察疗效及不良反应。结果 3周后治疗组有效率88.10%,对照组有效率89.47%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),均未出现明显不良反应;两组医患友好配合调查结果:治疗组患者顺从配合率90.48%,对照组顺从配合率68.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合谷穴注射治疗手部慢性湿疹与局部皮损内注射疗效相当,但穴位注射具有注射部位少,疼痛减轻,患者满意度更高、依从性更好,患者易接受等优点,是治疗手部多发性、慢性角化性湿疹较好的方法。

Objective To investigate curative effect and safety of acupoint injection of triamcinolone acetonide injection in treating hand chronic eczema and its action mechanism. Methods Eighty patients with chronic hand eczema were randomly divided into 2 groups： treatment group, 42 cases were given triamcinolone acetonide injection in valley point; control group, 38 cases given triamcinolone acetonide injection in local lesion.They were treated once a week, three times for one course of treatment.The curative effect of treatment and adverse reactions were observed after 3 weeks. Results Three weeks after the treatment, effective rate of treatment group was 88.10%, and that of control group 89.47% （P〉0.05）, no obvious adverse reaction occurred.Compliance rate of treatment group and control group was 90.48% and 68.42%, respectively, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Injection in Hegu acupoint is equivalent to local injection treatment in skin lesions for treatment of hand chronic eczema, but point injection has the advantages of small area at the injection site, pain relief, higher patient satisfaction and better compliance, and it is easily accepted by patients.It is a good method to treat chronic hand keratinization eczema.
