儿童急性上呼吸道感染并发血小板减少性紫癜的药学监护

Pharmaceutical Care on A Child Patient with Acute Upper Respiratory Infection and Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura

目的介绍临床药师参与1例儿童急性上呼吸道感染伴免疫性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)的治疗并开展药学监护的经验和方法。方法临床药师对急性上呼吸道感染伴免疫性血小板减少性紫癜患儿协助医师治疗,优化药物治疗方案、提高患儿用药依从性、预防和处理药物可能不良反应的实施全程的药学监护。结果临床药师通过对患儿的药学监护,及时发现治疗问题并提供有效建议,达到满意的治疗效果。结论临床药师参与临床治疗实践,可协助医师制定药物治疗方案,保障临床合理安全用药。

Objective To summarize the experience of the clinical pharmacist involved in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection combined with immune thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） in a child patient, implicating the important role of the pharmacist in the therapeutic regimen management. Methods Through participating in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection combined with childhood ITP, the clinical pharmacist took measures on optimizing the drug therapy, improvement of medication compliance for children, reasonable treatment on the possible adverse drug reactions and medication evaluation to implement pharmaceutical care. Results Clinical pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care and reasonable treatment advice during the whole therapeutic process.One acute upper respiratory tract infection child complicated with ITP was successfully cured. Conclusion Through participating in clinical practice, the clinical pharmacists can assist physicians in making a rational drug treatment plan and improving the safety of drug therapy.
