Eye Protection Effect Test of Healthy Lutein Ester Compound Fruit and Vegetable Juice

为探究某品牌叶黄素酯复合果蔬汁饮料是否是一种能有效缓解视疲劳、改善眼睛健康状况的机能性护眼产品,招募30名眼睛易疲劳者参与受试和测试,实验周期为4周,每天分上午和下午各受试50mL某品牌叶黄素酯复合果蔬汁饮料1瓶。每周进行1次问卷调查,在受试前和4周受试结束后,分别在上海某医院对眼睛疲劳度相关指标进行测试与分析。结果表明:受试人员的总体平均疲劳度在使用护眼饮前为3.66,使用护眼饮后为2.64,明显下降,使用护眼饮后单眼及双眼调节灵敏度都显著增强(P<0.001),双眼相对调节测量结果差值增加,80%以上的受试对象的泪液分泌量增加。结论:此款护眼饮确实有一定的护眼功效。

In order to explore whether the healthy lutein ester compound juice drink is a functional eye care product that can effectively alleviate visual fatigue and improve eye health, 30 participants who often feel eyestrain were recruited to the experiment. The experimental period is 4 weeks. Participants took 50 mL of lutein ester compound fruit and vegetable juice every morning and afternoon. A questionnaire survey was conducted once 1 week, and the eyestrain related indicators were tested and analyzed in a hospital in Shanghai before the test and 4 weeks after. The results showed that the overall average fatigue of the subjects was 3.66 before the use of eye protection and 2.64 after the use of eye protection. The sensitivity of single eye and binocular adjustment was significantly enhanced after using eye protection（P〈0.001）. The difference in the relative adjustment measurement between the eyes increased, and the amount of tear secretion increased in more than 80% of the subjects. Conclusion： This eye-protecting drink does have a certain eye protection effect.
