泛素特异性蛋白酶9X在非小细胞肺癌中的表达情况及与患者预后的关系 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨泛素特异性蛋白酶9X(USP9X)在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达情况及与患者预后的关系。方法收集95例非小细胞肺癌组织标本及32例正常肺组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测两种组织中USP9X的表达情况,分析USP9X表达情况与非小细胞肺癌患者临床特征的关系。结果 USP9X在非小细胞肺癌组织中的强阳性表达率为44.21%,明显高于正常肺组织的6.25%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。有淋巴结转移、Ⅲa期非小细胞肺癌患者的USP9X强阳性表达率均明显高于无淋巴结转移、Ⅰ~Ⅱ期的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。多因素分析结果显示,TNM分期和USP9X表达情况是非小细胞肺癌患者生存预后的独立影响因素(HR=5.84,P=0.012;HR=2.24,P=0.028)。结论 USP9X在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达水平高于正常肺组织,TNM分期和USP9X表达情况是非小细胞肺癌患者生存预后的独立影响因素,USP9X表达水平越高,患者预后越差。 Objective To investigate the expression of ubiquitin-specific peptidase 9 X-linked (USP9X) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and to evaluate the relationship of USP9X expression and the prognosis. Method Ninety-five specimens of NSCLC tissue and 32 specimens of normal lung tissue were collected. Immunohistochemical analysis of USP9X expression was performed on two kinds of tissues, and the relationship between USP9X expression and the prognosis of patients was analyzed. Result The strongly positive expression rate of USP9X was found to be significantly higher in NSCLC tissue (44.21%) than that in normal lung tissue (6.25%) (P〈0.01). The USP9X strongly positive expression rate in NSCLC tissue from patients with lymph node metastasis or clinical stage IIIa was significantly higher than that in NSCLC tissue from patients without lymph node metastasis or with clinical stage MI (P〈0.01). Multivariate analysis showed that, the TNM staging and the expression of the USP9X were independent risk factor of prognosis of patients with NSCLC (HR=5.84, P=0.012; HR=2.24, P=0.028). Conclusion The expression of USP9X in NSCLC tissue is sig- nificantly higher than that in normal lung tissue, and the TNM staging and the expression of the USP9X were independent risk factor of prognosis of patients with NSCLC, the higher the expression of USP9X is, the poorer the prognosis will be.
