影响水稻种子活力的储藏因素分析

Analysis on storage factors affecting rice seed vigor

水稻种子活力的高低影响翌年播种质量,而储藏因素与种子活力密切相关。本文介绍了从水稻储藏期间种子活力的生理代谢变化、种子内储藏物质、遗传因素、环境因素和储藏时间等方面的研究进展,分析了影响水稻种子活力的因素,探讨了低温、干燥的储藏条件对于保持水稻种子活力的重要性,并从水稻种子安全角度,提出水稻种子储藏技术研究应把品种作为前提,深入开展生理代谢差异性的研究,注重探讨脂肪氧化酶(LOX)对水稻种子耐储性的影响,在研究手段上应将常规实验方法与分子生物学实验方法结合。

Rice seed vigor is closely related with storage factors, which affect the quality of seedling in the coming growing season. In this paper, from the aspects of physiological metabolism, seed reserve , hereditary factors, environment factors and storage time, we analyzed factors influencing rice seed vigor and discussed the importance of keeping hypothermia and desiccation in storage period to the rice seed vigor. Also, from a view of security, we proposed to take the rice variety as a necessary premise to the research of rice seed reserve technology, deeply investigate the difference of physiological metabolism, focus on the effect of lipoxygenase （LOX） on rice seed in storage period, and finally combine conventional method with molecular biological method.
