摘要 功能性食品不同于药物或膳食补充剂,它是常规饮食的组成部分,其功能性成分对预防糖尿病、心脑血管疾病和高血压等慢性疾病具有重要作用。伴随现代社会经济水平的提高与人们保健意识的增强,功能性食品开发已逐渐成为食品行业热点发展趋势之一。本文对功能性食品相关概念、主要活性成分及功能、特别是目前市场中功能性食品的种类、品牌和国内外功能性食品市场发展状况进行系统介绍,并提出功能性食品市场存在的问题,旨为功能性食品行业的发展提供有益的参考。 Functional foods, being parts of the regular diets, are different from other drugs or dietary- supplements. The active ingredi ents in functional foods play an important role in preventing chronic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and hyperten sion. With the economic development and people's increased concern on health, the exploitation of functional foods has gradually be come one of the hot trends in food industry. In this review, we comprehensively summarized functional foods as follows: the defini tions, active ingredients and their functions, products in the market and their development home and abroad. We also addressed prob lems existed in the market of functional foods, which would provide a reference for the development of the functional food industry.
