产学研合作背景下大学生工匠精神的培育路径研究

产学研合作是高等教育发展的时代要求,是培养高层次研究型人才的有效模式。本科院校在培养应用型人才的过程中融入工匠精神,不但是适应当代社会发展的需要,而且是促进我国进一步全面深化改革的需要。不仅是现代研究型人才职业发展规划的需要,也是提高高校研究型人才素质的需要。文章对工匠精神融入高校应用型人才培养过程的必要性、培育路径等方面进行了探索,对大学生责任意识培养等方面进行了思考,有利于帮助学生树立正确的职业观,为高校思想政治教育提供新的视角和新的价值。

It is not only the need of modern research talents＇ career development planning, but also the need to improve the quality of research talents in universities. The article explores the necessity and cultivation path of the craftsman spirit into the training process of applied talents in colleges and universities, and thinks about the cultivation of college students＇ sense of responsibility, which will help students to set up a correct career outlook and provide a new perspective and new value for the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
