阜新彰武县农村医疗服务设施可达性分析

Analysis of Accessibility to Rural Medical Service Facilities in Zhangwu County of Fuxin

为了有效地规划配置彰武县农村医疗服务资源,本文以可达性作为指标,采用GIS技术和基于交通网络的可达性度量方法,对彰武县农村医疗服务设施空间分布进行评价,运用最短就医时间和引力改进模型,得出合理的空间可达性指标。结果显示:彰武县医疗服务设施分布集中在西南方向,东北方向的阿尔乡镇、大四家子镇医疗服务资源较少,总体分布不平衡;乡镇中心附近及人口密集区域可达性好,不同乡镇内部可达性差异明显。

In order to plan and configure the rural medical service resources in Zhangwu County effectively ,this paper use GIS technology and the accessibility measurement method of traffic network to evaluate the spatial accessibility of rural medical service facilities in Zhangwu county by taking the accessibility as index ,and the reasonable spatial accessibility index can be obtained by using the model of the shortest hospitalization time and the gravity improvement. The results show that the distribution of medical service facilities in Zhangwu County tends to be southwest, and there are less medical service resources in the towns and villages in the northeast such as Aer Town and Dasijiazi Town, and the overall distribution is unbalanced. The accessibility is better near the township center and densely populated areas, and the difference of accessibility in different towns and villages is obvious.
