基于机载激光点云的输电线路走廊树障自动化检测方法 被引量:11

摘要 随着我国经济高速发展,高压、超高压、长距离输电线路越来越多地建成并投入使用,导致传统的电力巡检方式不能满足逐渐增加的输电线路的安全运行需求,为了保障线路运行安全、高效运转,电网急需一种安全、高效的电力巡检方式。激光雷达测量技术是日渐成熟的高精度测量技术,可获取目标地物的高精度空间位置信息,该技术为探索新的线路巡检方式提供了可能。本文提出了一种输电线路走廊树障自动化检测方法,可对输电线路机载三维激光点云进行自动化处理,快速形成树障区域的位置、范围与风险等级报告,为云南电网线路运维单位砍伐计划的制订提供了准确的测量参考数据。 With the rapid development of China's economy, high voltage, extra high voltage and long distance transmission lines are more build and used. It caused the traditional powerline inspection methods are no longer qualified for the development and security requirement of modern power grid. A new safety and high efficient inspection method are urgent needed for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the line. Laser scanning is increasingly sophisticated high-precision measurement technology and it can be used to acquire accurate three dimensional and spatial elements. The technology provides a possibility for exploring new ways of line inspection. This article demonstrates a danger vegetation detection method. It can be used to automatically process airborne laser points of powerline corridors, so that danger vegetation areas as well as ranges and risk levels can be analyzed. Colleagues from Yunnan power grid company has benefited from our method, in which more scientific tree cutting plans can be made using accurate measure data.
