东港赤潮监控区中肋骨条藻生长的主要环境因子影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 根据东港赤潮监控区的实测数据,选取透明度、pH、水温、盐度、化学需氧量(COD)、溶解氧、磷酸盐、总氮(TN)和硅酸盐等9项环境因子,采用主成分分析法研究了影响该海区典型赤潮藻类——中肋骨条藻生长的主要环境因子。结果表明,影响该海域中肋骨条藻生长的关键环境因子为水温、硅酸盐和磷酸盐。另外,COD、pH、透明度及盐度等环境因子也对中肋骨条藻的生长有重要影响。 Based on measured data (including transparency, pH, water temperature, salinity, chemical oxygen demand (COD), DO, phosphate, total nitrogen [TN] and silicate) in the Donggang red-tide-monitoring area, the main environmental factors affecting the growth of Skeletonema costatum were investigated by using the principal component analysis method. Results revealed that water temperature, phosphate and silicate were the main environmental factors infuencing the growth of Skeletonema costatum. In addition, COD, pH, transparency and salinity were also important environmental factors.
