摘要
经研究发现,采用10mL具塞比色管对水质苯系物进行二硫化碳萃取后,所得萃取有机相再进行气相色谱分析。得出该方法在浓度0~200mL范围内线性良好,本方法的最低检出限浓度为0.012μg/mL,标准溶液平行测定的RSD%≤2.11%,加标回收率为90.5%~100.3%。
It was found that the extracted organic phase was analyzed by gas chromatography after extracting carbon dioxide from benzene series with 10mL plug colorimetric tube. The method has good linearity in the range of 0~200mL. The minimum detection limit of the method is 0.012μg/ml, the RSD% of the standard solution is less than2.11%, and the recoveries are 90.5%~100.3%.
