摘要
流动注射法是近年发展起来的一种分析方法,纳氏试剂比色法是国家的标准方法。本文对纳氏试剂光度法与流动注射分析法测定水中的氨氮进行对比实验,得出结论:流动注射法测定水中氨氮,检测范围0.01~10.0mg/L,分析速率为50个样品每小时,检出限为0.001mg/L,纳氏试剂法检测范围0.02~2.0mg/L,检出限为0.02mg/L。流动注射法操作简便,灵敏度、精准度符合分析工作要求,是较好的测定方法。
The fow injection method is an analytical method developed in recent years. Nessler’s reagent colorimetric method is the national standard method. This paper compares the ammonia nitrogen in water by spectrophotometry and fow injection analysis. It is concluded that the fow injection method is used to determine ammonia nitrogen in water. The detection range is 0.01~10.0mg/L. The rate is 50 samples per hour, the detection limit is 0.001 mg / L Nessler’s reagent detection range 0.02 ~ 2.0 mg / L, the detection limit is 0.02 mg / L. The fow injection method is easy to operate, and the sensitivity and precision meet the requirements of analytical work, which is a good method for determination.
