This paper introduces the construction of water environment monitoring network and information platform construction in Dianchi Lake Basin. With big data thinking, it shares, integrates and analyzes the water environment data of Dianchi Lake Basin, and discusses “speak with data” and “use data management”. “Using data decision-making” has promoted the promotion of the informationization level of water environment management in Dianchi Lake Basin.
