青海省互助县东山乡坡耕地水土流失综合治理工程建设成效分析

Analysis on the effect of construction of water and soil loss comprehensive management project on slope farmland in Dongshan Township, Huzhu County, Qinghai Province

青海省互助县东山乡坡耕地水土流失综合治理工程经过3年的建设,累计完成机修梯田2035.96hm2,田间道路60.0km,田间道路排水沟69km。项目区山、水、田、林、路、渠综合治理模式初显,人均年增加收入387元,年增产值647.44万元,年保水172.78万m3,年保土6.43万t,有效地改善了农业生产基础条件,提高了耕地利用率、产出率、机械耕作率、灌溉率。

After three years of construction, the comprehensive management project for soil erosion of sloping farmland in Dongshan Township, Huzhu County, Qinghai Province has completed the construction of 2,305.96hm^2 of motorized terraces, 60.0km of feld roads and 69km of feld road drainage ditch. The comprehensive management mode of mountain, water, feld, forest, road and canal in the project area is beginning to appear. The per capita annual income is 387 yuan, the annual output value is 647.44 million yuan, the annual water retention is 172.78 million m3, and the annual soil conservation is 64,300 tons, which effectively improves. The basic conditions of agricultural production have improved the utilization rate of cultivated land, output rate, mechanical cultivation rate and irrigation rate.
