摘要
以LR6A3L型号柴油机出口流量为540 kg/h、温度为333℃的烟气为研究对象,基于有机朗肯循环系统,采用R123、R245fa和R600作为循环有机工质,研究工质蒸发温度对系统热力性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着工质蒸发温度的增加,系统净输出功率、循环热效率和效率均逐渐增加,而系统总的不可逆损失则逐渐减小。当系统操作工况一定时,工质R123的净输出功、循环热效率和效率最大,且总的不可逆损失最小。
Flue gas discharged from end outlet of LR6 A3 L diesel engine was taken as research object,mass flow and temperature of flue gas were 540 kg/h and 330 ℃. Based on organic rankine cycle( ORC) system,R123,R245 fa and R600 were selected as organic working fluids,and effect of evaporation temperature on ORC system thermal performance were studied. Results showed that with increase of evaporation temperature,system net output power,cycle thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency all gradually increase,and system total irreversible loss gradually decreased. When system operating condition was certain,net output power,cycle thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of R123 were the maximum,and total irreversible loss was the least.
